Hi, I’m Nora. In 2010, I participated in the 21 Day Vegan Kickstart, beginning my veggie journey. While I’m not exclusively vegan anymore, our family recognizes and embraces the pursuit of healthy vegetarian and vegan meals.
I’ve tried many ways of eating through the years, as well as many weight loss plans and diets. Plant-based eating helps me in my lifelong pursuit of healthy living.
Currently, some of our family members are vegan, some vegetarian, and some flexitarian. This site chronicles our love of good, healthy food.
